Describe a time when you gave feedback that led to product improvement.
I have learned that it is best to give feedback even if you are unsure if it will go over well, because in the end, most people and brands want to improve according to their audience's needs. I learned this after entering my job working at the church. Before that, I had mostly worked strictly hierarchical jobs where I didn't have much say in anything and wasn't privvy to any meetings. But after working at the church, I quickly found out that my advice and input was appreciated and put into action, something I had never seen much before. I feel like after doing this a few times in this position, I have learned that feedback is incredibly important, and I have even learnt to take criticism in my own life as a positive rather than something to be wary of.
