Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
I would make sure to be as concise and straight forward towards everyone when speaking to them while also making sure that everyone knows what they are responsible for. I would also make sure to constantly check up on people to make sure that they are on track. Lastly, I will also make sure and ask everyone individually if they are all okay with the assignments/tasks they have and if they would rather be doing something else.

Please brainstorm three avenues you'd utilize to engage and source new creators for the pager platform.
I would definitely utilize tiktok because it has a specific template you can use where it is just full of slides of images. Instagram as well since it is the one social media that is all about pictures and screenshots. I would also attempt to utilize Spotify because I feel that people are always into music and connect through that very easily.
