What role does journaling play in your life?
While I would love to say I journal everyday in a leather bound notebook - my brain usually moves faster than my hands can write so I'm more of a large google doc brain dump type. I love to express emotions in words and keep tack of my feelings - I think reflection is one of the best parts of life. I also love to include at least one manifestation or goal for myself at the end of my entry. Dreams are my biggest motivator.
