Can you share an example of a successful event you organized in the past and how it impacted someone else?

One successful event, I organized was a large wedding with over 500 guests and multiple vendors. I managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, and handled unexpected issues in real time to ensure that the event runs smoothly. The impact was most evident in the couple and their families, especially the bride who leader shared that being able to fully enjoy her day without stress, meant everything to her. That experience reinforced how strong planning and calm execution can directly improve someone else’s experience, which is the approach I bring to every event that I manage.

What is an example of when you went out of your way to provide an act of kindness from someone who is not an immediate friend or family member?

While working in event coordination, I noticed a guest at a large event who appeared overwhelmed and unsure where to go. Although it was not necessarily part of my assigned responsibilities, I took the time to assist her, coordinate with the staff to meet her needs, and ensure that she was comfortable throughout the event. That experience reinforced for me that going out out of your way, even in small ways, can make a meaningful impact, and it’s an approach I bring to my work and interactions with others.

Hosting live tutorials using the samples on social media can make it fun and educational. Pop-up events or virtual try on sessions where people can explore different. Looks tailored to their styles helps make it personal for the audience. Sharing a link to the platform that allows users to try on color pop samples can also boost engagement.
