I'm a writer by trade and a critic, so I'm well-versed in keeping criticism constructive. I focus on things that the company can easily change, and emphasize the parts of the product that I found work really well. I also make sure to try products multiple times before giving a verdict on them-- I care a lot about the words I say, and I think praise and criticism should be given from the heart!
