What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?

I would really like to see a brand like Rare Beauty on HFC because I believe that what they are doing is very important in the beauty industry. The products they put out are created with more accessibility in mind than most competitors, which I believe really makes them stand out, and I think it would be very empowering to work with a company such as Rare Beauty.

In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?

I try my best to maintain composure and professionalism in every situation, no matter how frustrating it can be, and I use the knowledge I have attained from my 2+ years of customer service to assess the situation and find the best course of action, not only for myself but also for the customer. I will also make sure to fully understand the frustrations of the customer so I can reach the outcomewith the most satisfaction for them.
