What’s your approach to improving content based on feedback or analytics?

I treat every piece of content as a hypothesis. Feedback and analytics are simply results of that experiment. I track what resonates, listen closely to user or client reactions, and adjust structure, language, or visuals accordingly. What I enjoy most is when analytics reveal something unexpected, like a format or tone I hadn’t predicted would perform well because it pushes me to stay curious and evolve my creative instincts.

When you get a creative brief, how do you make it feel authentic?

Authenticity starts with empathy. I research the audience, brand tone, and the problem we are trying to solve. Then I strip away corporate or overly polished language and focus on voice, story, and emotion. I'll usually rewrite the brief’s core message, so it's something I could say to a friend. Once it feels like a real conversation, not a sales pitch, that’s when I know the concept will land authentically.

What’s your process for coming up with hooks that stop people from scrolling?

My process mixes creativity with data. I look at performance analytics to identify what formats, emotions, and words have driven higher retention before. Then I brainstorm 10–15 quick headline or first-line variations using formulas like:

Curiosity gap

Relatable struggle

Contrarian truth

I test them in A/B posts or story polls. The fun part is that sometimes the simplest lines win. The challenge is staying fresh without losing authenticity.
