Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
In high school I was the vice president of a a youth group outside of school, where I held the position of being the vice president. A large part of my job was to not only make sure that the chapter was running smoothly, but to also increase our membership and engagement through fun and memorable events in the beginning of the school year, many younger kids would come and be prospective members. One girl in particular I saw lot of potential in, and I managed to get her to sign up to become a full-time member, my younger sister at the time was her same age, and I knew that they would instantly click and have a lot of similarities, so I connected the two of them and the day they are now best friends.
