A STEM topic I’m passionate about is female physiology, especially how women’s bodies respond to strength training across different hormonal phases. I’d incorporate this into my content by breaking down the science in a relatable, visually engaging way. Explaining things like why certain lifts feel stronger at different points in the cycle, how recovery needs can change, or how muscle is built in female bodies. I’d combine direct-to-camera storytelling with cinematic workout moments to make the information feel empowering instead of intimidating. My goal would be to make science-backed strength training accessible, motivating, and confidence-building for women, while helping them understand their bodies better rather than work against them.
