Can you describe a time when you effectively represented a brand at an event?
When I worked as an assistant general manager for yogurtland, I was invited to the coporate conference where we discussed new marketing strategies and products. I had to represent yogurtland & my specific store in a positibe way and I learned a lot about the behind the scenes of marketing and branding.

How would you engage with event attendees to create a positive brand experience?
I’d create a positive brand experience by being approachable, upbeat, and genuinely excited about Koia’s mission. I’d greet attendees with a smile, offer samples, and ask questions to learn their taste preferences. Knowing more about my audience, I would then suggest the best Koia flavor for them and share a relatable pitch like how Koia is plant-based, low-sugar, and protein-packed. I’d keep the vibe fun and interactive, maybe even start a mini flavor poll or challenge to encourage engagement. My goal would be to make each person feel personally connected to the brand and leave curious to try more.
