Yes I have conducted 20+ user testings on the app that I have created and identified the navigation issues which were immediately resolved by the team I was leading.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
By conducting user testings. As a ui/ux designer, I believe observing users as they navigate through the product, bugs and issues can be identified through unexpected behavior then those friction points or UI inconsistencies are noted.

Can you describe a time when your creative work resonated well with a target audience?
Last year I was part of a project where we had to create a brand from scratch in a week and the target audience was 18 to 30 yr old 1 tier urban city students. The brand we created was just a project but it resonated so much with the target audience that we even had investors lined up for the work.
