Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube are definitely most effective for reaching Gen z readers. TikTok has gained immense popularity among Gen Z users for its short-form video format. Book-related content on TikTok, such as book reviews, reading challenges, and literary skits, has become a trend, making it an effective platform to reach and engage with young readers. And Instagram is a visual-centric platform that allows users to share photos, videos, and stories. It has a large Gen Z user base and is ideal for showcasing book covers, sharing reading recommendations, and engaging with readers through visually appealing content. YouTube is also a widely used platform for video content, and it offers opportunities to create book-related content such as book hauls, author interviews, and book discussions. Gen Z readers often turn to YouTube for book recommendations, reviews, and literary discussions.
