How do you approach identifying the right influencers for a campaign?
To identify the right influencers for a campaign, I would start by defining my goals and understanding the audience I want to reach. I then evaluate influencers based on their engagement rates, content quality, and authenticity to ensure they align with the brand values. Lastly, I check if their past collaborations and make judgements based on those.

Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
I had a customer who was struggling to find the right fit of jeans in store. They were feeling frustrated because they couldn’t get the size or style just right, despite using the size guide. I reached out to offer a more personalized recommendation, asking about their body type, preferred fit (skinny, straight, etc.), and how they like their jeans to feel. After chatting through a few options, I suggested a couple of styles that fit their preferences and explained how our fabric stretch could help with comfort. They were thrilled with the suggestions and ended up buying a pair.

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
I’d reach out with a warm, personalized message, simply asking how their experience with our product has been and if there’s anything I can assist with. I’d focus on listening to their needs and offering useful tips or resources based on their usage. By staying approachable and helpful, I’d aim to build trust and an ongoing, positive connection.
