What are the tools and / or advice that you learned as a teen that has supported you in your success?
Setting different tiers of goals has been super important to keep me motivated and break down intimidating tasks into manageable ones, which has helped relieve the anxiety surrounding incoming events. Also making sure to prioritize sleep and taking breaks and time off to recharge so you are not getting burned out is super important!
