What strategies would you use drive utilization of the limited offer?
I would focus on targeted awareness, social proof, and convenience. First, I’d promote the offer through campus specific social media channels like Instagram Stories, TikTok, and GroupMe chats, emphasizing the fact that it is a limited-time offer to create urgency. Second, I’d encourage friends and micro influencers on campus to share their Sephora hauls delivered by Uber Eats. Lastly, I’d set up on campus pop ups or tabling events with QR codes linking directly to the offer, making it quick and easy for students to redeem it between classes. In addition, I would also put up QR all over campus so all students would be able to learn about the offer when walking on campus.
