Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.

At a Heineken experiential event, we ran into a last-minute issue with the venue that affected how we could set up part of the activation. The client was frustrated because it didn’t match the original plan. I made sure to stay calm, walked them through the options we had, and quickly worked with the team to adjust the layout. I kept the client updated throughout so they felt involved in the solution. In the end, the setup still looked great and the event went off smoothly.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?

I prioritize by looking at deadlines and what will have the biggest impact. I like to stay organized with to-do lists and calendars, and I check in regularly with both clients and my team to make sure we’re all on the same page. If something urgent comes up, I stay flexible and adjust as needed while keeping other tasks moving.
