How would you plan a wellness event?

There are several effective ways I would plan a wellness event centered around Saint James and its creatine products.

First, I would partner with campus workout classes. Before class begins, I could give a brief, approachable explanation of the benefits of creatine—especially highlighting why it’s an excellent supplement for women, since this is still an underrepresented and often misunderstood market. After class, participants could sample the product, ask questions, and even receive a first-time discount if they purchase on the spot. This structure combines education, engagement, and immediate trial, which is key for conversion.

Second, I would set up sampling stations inside or directly outside the campus gyms. This allows us to reach students who are already health-minded and likely familiar with creatine. Offering unique flavors, new packaging, or quick recipe ideas (like how to mix it into smoothies) can help current users see the product in a fresh way and consider switching from their existing brand.

To elevate the wellness event even further, I would incorporate small interactive elements—such as a hydration station, quick mobility/stretch sessions, or a “build your workout routine” card—paired with the samples. This positions the brand as not just a supplement, but a holistic wellness partner.

Overall, the goal would be to educate, engage, and create a memorable experience that introduces students to the product in a fun, supportive, and actionable way.

Share a little about your interest in fitness on campus.

Although my experience with supplements is fairly new, I’ve recently started exploring different pre-workouts and have always relied on electrolytes to support my training. Fitness has been a major part of my life—I grew up playing sports, and when I came to Penn State, I realized how important it was for me to maintain that outlet for both my physical and mental well-being.

I aim to work out 3–4 times per week, but balancing a full academic schedule, extracurriculars, and leadership roles can make consistency challenging. To stay accountable, I began signing up for group fitness classes on campus. Having a scheduled class not only keeps me committed but also pushes me to show up, try new types of workouts, and stay connected to the campus fitness community.

Overall, fitness has become one of the ways I bring structure, energy, and stress relief into my routine at Penn State—and I love exploring products and habits that help support that lifestyle.

Are you comfortable stopping peers and getting them to sample create gummies?

Yes! I already have a lot of ideas about where I could set up sampling booths that would be target areas for people who would be inclined to take creatine gummies. I also have a very bubbly and outgoing personality so I wouldn't be afraid to stop strangers and offer them a sample!
