In order to empower as many women as possible, you must first reach as many women as possible. One content idea for the TikTok page could be to showcase quick and visually appealing videos of women in different locations throughout the nation speaking while they are out in nature. I.E. kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. This can either be a series where one person each video does a 'day in the life' or a compilation of these women on their adventures being inspirational. Additionally, their videos can be done wearing/using Plein Air Social products. This will allow Plein Air to feel like a company that supports women as a whole in union. It also allows the account to target women throughout the nation which will get the videos more views and interactions. And lastly when people in the comments ask where that one girl got her super cute sunglasses from, you can direct them to the shop, which will increase site traffic and perhaps revenue.

I would propose a high school and college outreach program. Have Female Founder World be a an organization students/interns can implement into their schools via clubs. This way this company can support small communities of aspiring business besties throughout the nation. The 2nd part part of this program would be sending entrepreneurs to speak/workshop at these high schools/colleges.

My experience as being the one of the lead project managers and coordinators for school events, including the talent show and club rush, makes me qualified for this role. Additionally, I was a part of my social media team for my high school leadership page. I was in charge of maintaining a content schedule and occasionally creating visuals on Canva.
