how do you balance being proactive with being reactive? Can you give an example of a time when you maintained your focus on planning and execution, even when things were moving quickly around you?

Balancing being proactive with being reactive is all about staying organized and adaptable. I focus on planning ahead as much as possible, while also leaving room in my schedule to respond to unexpected changes. For example, while working with Princess Polly on another collaboration, I submitted a video for review that I had spent hours filming and editing. I was happy with final result but, a day later, the person I was in contact with informed me that one of the items I was wearing featured a brand logo, and I would need to film and edit a completely new video. Rather than panicking or feeling upset, I immediately refocused and created a new video. Surprisingly, I ended up liking the second version even more than the original. Because I had prioritized submitting my content well ahead of the deadline, I still had enough time to meet the brand’s timeline without any delays. This experience reinforced the importance of planning ahead while remaining adaptable to changes.
