In your opinion, which brand is crushing it on social media right now?
One of the bigger brands that I follow on social media is Celsius. I feel like all the ads that they put out are fun and colorful. They really grab your attention and they keep up with tiktok trends and things people are doing at the time. They also have many different levels of ambassadors which allow their product to be seen by so many people.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me, means truly taking care of yourself. Doing things that will help you feel good and be your best self. Ways that I tend to integrate wellness into my life is by exercising 3-5 times a week and having nutritious meals. when I don’t have time to sit down and eat I will make a smoothie or protein shake. I also make sure to prioritize having a skin, and. hair care routine to start and end my day with.
