What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
I consider that wellness in a fundamental aspect of life. Wellness does not only revolve around physical health or mental health, it rather is a combination of multiple factor including your enviroment and the relantionships you have with other people.
In my daily life and I try to keep a positive state of mind, managing my emotions in the best way I can. Taking care of my body and surrounding myself with people who can help me grow and become a better version of myself.
