What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellbeing is a subjective state that becomes conscious in us once we are clear about the type of comfort and satisfaction we are looking for. I try to maintain healthy habits such as sleeping for at least 8 hours, being careful with what I eat and drink, and going to the gym.
