Interview Questions
Passion Tree
Influencer Sourcing Assistant
Can you effectively and efficiently source 20-30 creators an hour (within a given niche) with a total of 14 hours per month?
I believe I could. Using Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and possibly Facebook, I would have a list of creators to whittle down and select to fit the brief.

What ways do you plan on sourcing creators, and how will you focus on specifically finding creators within a certain niche?
The first thing would be to look at the product and the target audience that you want to reach and then going to social media sites and search for influencers who fit into these categories. Working with creators who have different size follower counts could help Passion Tree to reach the niche markets. A large follower count could reach a bigger audience quickly but finding a small authentic creator who has their own corner of the internet, may be the way to reach the niche target audience.

What interests you about this role? Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
The role of Influencer Sourcing Assistant interests me because it sounds fun to be able to connect the product to an influencer who then connects the product to the customer. It creates a story and a voyage from creation to consumer. Not to mention the mini drinks going towards a good cause of forest replanting.
In my two years of university I have discovered a preference for research, whether it be designers and trends or influencers front row at fashion shows, I like collecting information and using it. I feel that I would be a good fit within the Passion Tree team with these skills and could really thrive in the position.
