Three important keynotes: organization, clear communication, and consistency. Keeping track of important information such as contact details, campaign deadlines, follow up dates and deliverables using spreadsheets and calendars. Making sure not only the creators but the team is receiving timely updates and expectations by maintaining regular communications to answer any questions and adress any issues before they become problems. My priority is responsiveness and professionalism, that way it builds healthy long-term relationships.

My screen time says a lot about me... Paying high attention to the trending sounds, editing styles, content formats and even hashtags that are gaining tractions across different niches. Following creators and marketers allows me to understand broader trends. Beyond just TikTok, I monitor Instagram Reels, YT shorts and creator focused communities since trends move quickly in these. Trends need to be evaluated according brand's audience and values before implementing. It could bring awareness by jumping on the train, but does it feel authentic to the Companion Candles?
