North Coast Leadership Academy (NCLA) is a program at North Coast Church that develops and builds leaders throughout the church in many ways. I took the path of being a high school ministry intern for two years, leading a group of high school guys. I had the opportunity to attend summer camps, retreats, and a mission trip with our ministry to Guatemala. Throughout this internship, we completed over 500 hours of voluntary work while serving in the ministry. We also completed 120 hours of classes. We took different tests to see what our strengths in leadership were, what our Enneagram type was, and how we, as leaders, led. My top five strengths were: • Woo • Communication • Activator • Adaptability • Ideation
