In my work, I've done a lot of research on social media strategies, particularly in using storytelling and analyzing KPIs to find what's working. I'd create a consistent brand identity that's fun and gets people talking. I would also use KPIs on Instagram to track which posts are getting the most traction. I would use an inbound marketing approach to determine who is interacting with the product the most and then tailor the content to fit them. I love that Instagram makes it really easy to do this!

I'd focus specifically on current trends to appeal to the Gen Z market, as going viral is one of the best ways to grow a brand. I would create engagement through interactive posts, stories, challenges, or giveaways to make people associate positive feelings with the brand. Overall, they should just be having fun!
