I am in a family full of healthcare practitioners. From old fashioned traditional doctors to Millennials modern doctors and holistic psychologists I am surrounded by healthcare practitioners. As someone who also is very much into the health and wellness space and always trying to incorporate both natural/holistic and traditional medicine into my life I have a lot of experience researching different professionals, methods and theories.
