Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
As a Lead Coordinator for a fellowship, I had to navigate organizing many events and outings for students, and this meant dealing with communication. In order to mitigate any difficulties with communication, I made sure to proofread all of my emails for clarity and brevity. I ensured that I was giving detailed requests and instructions. Additionally, having this in writing is helpful as well.
