New Brew's brand involves tapping into nuanced cultural conversations. Can you describe a time when you navigated sensitive or complex topics in your creative work, and how did you ensure your approach was authentic and resonated appropriately?

That is a great question. As an American who lived and grew up in Russia, my college, Penn, has uneasy on me due to my personal background. The same can happen in the creative work. So, I think that the most important aspect of being able to have nuanced cultural conversation is to have an open mind and the willingness to listen to others. That creates a stronger bond and hopefully willingness to communicate and more forward together as a team.

Tell us about a time you took initiative beyond your typical responsibilities to drive results. What motivated you, and what was the outcome? -- Are you 21 years or older?

As an Ivy League student and an aspiring entrepreneur, I take initiatives every single day. That is not even an exaggeration because I truly believe that your life will be not what you deserve, but what you have courage to take. And that is about noticing the opportunities. So my freshman year I have started an edtech startup and am in the process of bringing the product ot the market. That is also exemplary of my strategic abilities.

How would you approach developing a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for a unique product like New Brew's non-alcoholic beverages?

There are a few thinks that need to be identified within the campaign and then targeted in the implementation of strategy. One, is always know your customer. Who would like these drinks the most? It is probably people from 20-35, so some of the are college students. Doing pop up presentations and partnering with clubs on these campuses to present their products could be the first step. Another step is to determine the goals for the campaign. What are the expected outputs and results. And 3rd important aspect for the companies that are undergoing growth is to set doable and realistic goals and not to overbear the campaign. Understanding some of these priorities would be through knowledge of the team members and doing reserch of the market.
