What roles do you think sports plays in consumer behavior and affinity?
Sports are engrained in our culture. They drive our schedules, our wardrobes, our friendships, and so on. This is an important way to think about sports when approaching consumer behavior. Sports are the reason some people will go out to a bar, the reason some people will stay in, and the reason people are willing to save up their paychecks to afford one ticket to one game. Once we look at this perspective, we can understand that sports have an invisible hand over consumer behavior.

What role does journaling play in your life?
I've recently started journaling since Christmas, and I think it was something that I was always too scared to do. I'm someone who doesn't share their emotions easily so journaling gave me a way of doing so while still being private the way I like to be.
