H/FC is a centralized platform which offers new, exciting job opportunities to university students, providing them with a chance to cultivate new skills and knowledge along the way.

I would expand upon Female Founder World's outreach on Instagram reels. Instagram has adopted many of the same features and content as its competitor Tik Tok. The majority of Instagram users are also female, making it crucial to cultivate a following through the platform's new features. Essentially, by expanding content on Instagram reels, female users are more engaged with Female Founder World as a brand.

I have garnered relevant skills and knowledge in the field of event management through my last professional role at The Retail Industry Leadership Association (RILA). My position as the Events Management Intern not only strengthened my digital organizational skills but also cultivated my communication and presentation abilities. I was fortunate enough to work with mentors who informed me on event budgeting, structuring and organizing! Furthermore, I possess a very strong interest in female entrepreneurship. Over the past year, I was able to take many courses, including social entrepreneurship, that were targeted at building socially beneficial organizations from the ground up. I participated in several competitions and challenges, including the D&AD Awards, which enabled me to creatively analyze gaps within the market and create features/organizations that may generate social and environmental impact. As a woman, I want to capitalize on this opportunity that will not only teach me more about events and networking but also about female empowerment in the world of business.
