How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
To build a relationship, I would start by analyzing how they use the product and identify areas where you can add value. Then, reach out with a personalized message offering tips, insights, or support tailored to their usage. By doing this, it creates opportunity to add engagement while also building relationship with a customer through personalization.
