I currently attend Las Positas College, which is typically known for being a highly competitive transfer college. Because so many students are focused on balancing rigorous coursework, work schedules, and transfer preparation, products that support focus and energy tend to do really well on our campus.

I'm involved in the Honors Transfer Program, Honors Club, Phi Theta Kappa, and the Society of Aspiring Medical Professionals, which gives me access to very engaged student groups and frequent meetings where students are already gathering. High traffic areas like our study lounges, the library, frequent club fairs, and common outdoor spaces are the most ideal places for sampling because students usually spend long hours studying there. From my experience, caffeine and focus related products consistently generate very strong interest and conversations among students, which is why I believe that IQ pouches would do very well on our campus.

I primarily use Instagram, especially Instagram Stories, because that's where I see the most real engagement from my peers on campus. Stories allow for a quick update, polls, reactions, and just casual recommendations that feel really authentic. I also create short form content on TikTok and stay familiar with current trends through my communications coursework, where we analyze different social media strategies and engagement patterns. While TikTok engagement usually varies by campus, I'm very comfortable creating content for multiple platforms and adapting based on what resonates most with students!

I would promote IQ Pouches by bringing the product directly into environments where students naturally need energy and focus. At Las Positas, a lot of students spend time in our many study lounges, library spaces, and common areas between classes, so hosting small sampling moments in those spaces would be very effective! I would also collaborate with my fellow student clubs and academic groups to introduce IQ pouches during meetings or study sessions. My goal would be to make this product feel like a helpful tool for students, rather than just a promotion. I want it to be something they discover while studying, or spending long days on campus. By combining these authentic conversations, small pop ups, and social media posts that reflect genuine routines, I know I could create organic buzz and encourage students to share it with their other peers.
