What community building experience do you have?
I have worked in community clubs before (such as Kiwanis) and have used my personality to build open and welcoming environments that feel comfortable and allow for discussion. In my own social servers/communities, I have livened up servers to allow for new opinions and bonds to form between people.

How would you grow and engage an online travel community?
I would create and advertise a niche yet welcoming server/community/group with interesting questions or intriguing premises that allow for new members to join and discuss their travel interests with various other people and allow for a tight-knit community with various different traveler aspirations!
