What's the most important part of building a brand's digital strategy and community online?

The most important part of building a brand's digital strategy and community online is recognizing your audience and catering to them. Demographics are so important to consider when addressing your community. Once you know who you are catering to, research can be done on their interests- what people they want to see, trends they know about, or even music they like. All of these aspects create a sense of community in terms of digital strategy.

What's the most important aspect when building out a brand's culture and consumer persona?

The most important aspect when building a brand's culture and consumer persona is finding a niche and establishing who you are. Sometimes there may be multiple target customers and if that is the case you have to cater to all their differences. In order to do so you can promote certain influencers or brands who align with their values. Or even post about certain causes these groups would also support.
