A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
I will leave a comment with the following: 1.) offer an apology with their negative experience, 2.) inquire about why they felt that way, 3.) leave instructions to communicate via direct/private messaging in order to ensure a smooth process in discussing the problem and offering solutions. It is important to address the customer, especially if it is a problem that can be resolved.

What trends or innovations do you anticipate will shape your future, and how do you prepare for them?
-I believe innovations/trends that are mainly involved with creativity and sustainability will greatly affect my future, because I see myself working in a creative career, and sustainability is generally just involved with our lives and future.
How important is sustainability and environmental consciousness to you, and what actions do you take to support these values?
-Sustainability and environmental consciousness are something I care deeply for as it deals with everyone and their lives and future. Currently I am taking steps that lean to being sustainable and help with protecting our environment, such as recycling and reusing materials, and being a smarter consumer with products (ex. avoiding fast fashion, companies who test on animals).
How did you hear about Home From College and why do you use it?
-I first heard about Home From College from Tiktok, as one of their posts popped up in my fyp. I now use it because I want to start building my portfolio and experience, at the same time get to experience working and be able to earn some money, since I am a university student.

What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
When it comes to an organization's social media, I would create content that is both relatable and quirky in order to catch people's attention. Based from observing social media activity, I think that audiences tend to follow a company/organization's page when they are "down to earth" and relatable to the average consumer, because they feel a sense of bond there. Aside from that, creative and unique posts (combined with trendy elements) also make someone click on one's page, since they are intrigued with the effort and dedication.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
Engaging with different trends and interests, I believe, is one of the most influential strategies in being successful with reaching different demographics, since social media users and their interests vary. Not every user follows one trend/niche/interest or generally just what is "big", so it is vital to be knowledgeable such things as it can help you be flexible with creating content. Trends vary and come and go, so flexibility and being able to adapt and cater to different interests with your social media strategy is important to lure audiences.
