What social media platforms do you find most effective for influencer outreach?

I find Instagram and TikTok to be the most effective platforms for influencer outreach because they provide direct access to creators and are where many brand partnerships are actively showcased. Instagram is particularly valuable for evaluating a creator's content style, engagement, audience demographics, and previous collaborations, while TikTok is ideal for identifying creators who are driving trends and generating strong organic engagement. I also use LinkedIn for professional outreach when working with business-focused creators or industry professionals. Ultimately, the best platform depends on the brand's target audience, but I believe Instagram and TikTok are the strongest channels for discovering and building relationships with influencers in today's digital landscape.

How do you identify influencers that fit a brand’s audience?

When identifying influencers for a brand, I start by understanding the target audience and the goals of the campaign. I look for creators whose followers align with the brand's demographic, interests, and values rather than focusing solely on follower count. I evaluate engagement rates, content quality, audience interactions, and authenticity to ensure their influence is genuine and resonates with their community. I also review past brand partnerships to see if they align naturally with the influencer's content and audience. Ultimately, I believe the best influencer partnerships are those that feel authentic, as audiences are more likely to trust and engage with recommendations that fit seamlessly into a creator's existing content.

What monthly Uber One event would you host on campus?

I would host a monthly "Uber One Eats Around Campus" event where students could sample food from popular local restaurants available on Uber Eats. The event would feature rotating restaurant partners, exclusive Uber One discounts, interactive games, and giveaways. Students love discovering new food spots, and this would create a fun way to showcase Uber One benefits while supporting local businesses. To increase engagement, attendees could share their experience on social media for a chance to win Uber credits, making the event both memorable and highly shareable.
