Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.

The beginning stages of projects is exciting. As a Visual Merchandiser, I’ve had the privilege of leading brand launches and developments. My daily tasks included delivering through on large scale projects and personal projects. There are 3 key stages; Planning, Execution, and Maintenance. During the planning stages of a brand launch, I collaborate with my manager, the distributions centre, and receiving/stock department to ensure all set-up details are received, as well as correct inventory count. The Execution stage is critical to the success of the project. Collaborating with my team, I ensure to set up the correct details following a directive and brand guidelines. Once everything is in place, I capture images to create a deck that the brand will receive. Maintenance of the brand include connecting with the sales managers to communicate the standards and brand directives specific to the brand. I continue to oversee the visual success by creating daily plans according to inventory availability and all special store events. Other responsibilities include understanding the correct contact for efficient collaboration on projects.
