Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.

As a customer service team member at KFC, attention to detail is important specially when taking and processing customer orders. One busy evening during a dinner rush, I was assigned to the drive thru cashier and a customer pulls up to the speaker and placed a complicated order for a family meal with specific preferences. I listened carefully and repeat it back to ensure what I am processing is correct. The customer's order includes several specific requests, such as mixing spicy and regular chicken, extra gravy, and substitutions. I ensured that the kitchen staff is informed about the modifications to guarantee the order is prepared exactly as the customer desires. Throughout the interaction, I maintained friendly and professional making the customer feel valued and appreciated despite the rush. As a result of my attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, the customer leaves the drive-thru feeling satisfied and impressed with the accuracy and efficiency of their order.
