This experience includes working alongside younger girls in the show (8-13) who are modeling our tween collection, along with teens and college girls. How would you contribute to a positive, supportive environment for our younger models?
I’d keep the energy positive and fun while making sure everyone feels comfortable and included. I’m really easygoing and friendly, so I’d hype people up, be supportive, and just create a safe space.
