While I haven’t officially led a full-scale integrated marketing campaign yet, I had a valuable experience at Insomnia Cookies that reflects the same principles. We were launching a new cookie flavor and wanted to boost awareness and sales around it. I suggested we combine several approaches: we created eye-catching signage in-store, promoted the flavor verbally during customer interactions, and encouraged our team to highlight it during large catering orders or local events.

I stay updated on current marketing trends and best practices by regularly following industry blogs like HubSpot, Social Media Examiner, and MarketingProfs. I also keep an eye on what major brands are doing across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to spot emerging trends in content and engagement.

Even in my past roles as a shift leader and manager, I had chances to market locally — like promoting specials or improving how our store presented itself. That made me appreciate how fast the marketing world moves and how important it is to stay curious and adaptable.
