What’s your process for coming up with hooks that stop people from scrolling?

My process for creating hooks starts with understanding what instantly creates curiosity or emotion. First, I look at proven hook patterns that work on TikTok: (“No one talks about this…”) (“If you struggle with this, watch this”) (“This advice is actually wrong”) (“Here’s how to fix this in 10 seconds”) Then I adapt those to the product or content I’m promoting.
