Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?
I work with urban hygiene indicators, which state the cleanliness of the city. The indicator is under constant supervision and receives feedback, which after consideration is taken into account to better the indicator.

How do you approach gathering feedback from a diverse group of student participants?
I would design a session template, where I outline specific topics and questions to touch on. This should be flexible, as I would want to let the students be comfortable enough to share feedback they deem important, which can be different from student to student. In this sense, context should be taking into account to understand different student experiences with the HFC platform.
The data collected from the sessions would have to be translated to a database, which would facilitate profound analysis and spot potential improvement areas. It would also enable me to make links between variables.
