Wellness means a lot to me. As a college athlete I see my health and wellness as more important than the hours I put in to practice because there is a direct relationship in how you feel and how you perform. For me, wellness is working out at least three times a week while hydrating and eating well along with getting good sleep. This is something I have committed to over the past few years and continue to work on and I have seen a huge improvement in my physical and mental states.
