please share your experience in being an executive assistant or a similar role
I was an office assistant for a year, I was under direct supervision from the Executive Dean. I had to help the dean as well as all the student advisors. My role was to keep up with the forms, spreadsheets and contact clients.

How do you prioritize tasks when supporting multiple executives?
I keep a spreadsheet for each individual executive, as well as one that allows me to see all the tasks need to be completed. I keep my google calendar for any due dates, assignments and works.
