It produces a realistic, authentic view of life. A lot of creators post unrealistic things on social media which makes others jealous and effects their mental. With authentic content this is rarer.

I usually show it to them when i'm hanging out with them, talk about it on a call/dm, or send them a reel about it on Instagram.

It looks like taking the steps to maximize my productivity, and preventing burnout. This looks like putting time aside for my hobbies (reading), drinking 2L of water, and cutting out sources of stres
