How do you create FOMO and social proof?
To create FOMO and social proof, I would ideally create content that shows why someone needs to try out a product and share all the benefits. In addition if a brand's budget allows, I would create a gifting campaign in exchange for a UGC (user generated content) video to get the word out more about a product.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
If a customer left a negative review, I would respond and apologize on behalf of the brand. I would then follow up with them to ask for more information on their negative experience, and offer to make it right by offering a discount code for their next purchase.
