Having an excel sheet will do wonders for anyone! Having a list of those I need to do outreach’s too, if I have already done so making note of that as well as making note to what that outreach looked like/ what was said.

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?
Making sure everything is laid out accordingly; Having a schedule that not only I understand but also those who are doing tasks as well, staying on task and if falling behind making sure to not rush but also be smart about time.

do you have any remote sales experience? if so, what tech stack did you use?
I worked as a Community ambassador for leasing and it was completely online! I am familiar with reaching out and communicating with people via email, phone, etc. I also am a very fast learner so ready for anything!
