How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I think by first gaining the respect of my coworkers and building a relationship with them will set the foundation for delegating tasks. After this is done, it will be much easier to hold members accountable for tasks because they will know I’m a reliable and understanding member of the team, therefore allowing them to feel more obligated to complete tasks on time.
