When there is a bug in an app that I use, the first thing I do is try to replicate the issue to see if it's a consistent problem. If the bug persists, I will check to see if there are any updates available for the app that might fix the issue. If the problem still isn't resolved, I might reach out to the app's support team to report the issue and see if they have any solutions or workarounds.
